Eastern Michigan Fellowship of Creative Ministries reserve the right to choose the specific teachers and classes to be taught at the Children's Ministries Conference. If the teacher areas are filled, your application will not be returned to you; but you may still be called on to teach on an ADD-ON basis or for last minute cancellations.

When filling out this application, please be reminded that this is a contract to teach (no re-numeration extended, all volunteer) and Eastern Michigan FCM will be mailing you a Confirmation letter stating the what, when, where and how many times you will be teaching.

This APPLICATION MUST BE RETURNED NO LATER THAN MARCH 18, 2009 for Eastern Michigan FCM to consider you as teacher for the 2009 Conference. If the Eastern Michigan FCM does not receive this application from you, you will not be considered as a teacher for the conference.

Cancellations up to the date of the conference must be in writing. Emergencies such as a death in the family or serious illnesses need to be related to the President, Marilyn Whitmer. This helps us to find a replacement teacher.
