ü   Late filing fee after 3/1/09 is $25.00 - NO EXCEPTIONS

      Extra workers - $20.00 each

 (Eastern Michigan FCM has the right to determine who will be a participating dealer. Due to limited space, we seek a balanced product display. We put emphasis on using dealers who have been with us in the past.  New dealers are chosen partially on a first-come first-serve basis, so send in this form as soon as possible.)
